The Bones are prepared raw and then steamed in a pressure cooker:
Now get them onto the bending plank quickly to put them under tension:
There are many clamps needed to get the right tension:
Rik with his hairdryer to speed up drying:
Don’t stint on the sanding:
Finally, a polish and test to see if the sound is o.k.:
